- 15 small pcs Bay Leaf (तेज पत्ता)
- 1 Tbsp Kasuri Methi (कसूरी मेथी)
- 3 Whole Red Chillies (पूरी लाल मिर्च)
- 1 Tbsp Stone Flower (पत्थर का फूल)
- 1/2 Tbsp Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
Procedure for Making Biryani Masala
