  • Black cardamom – 2 (काली इलायची – 2)
  • Cloves – 4 (लौंग – 4)
  • Cinnamon stick – 1 inch (दालचीनी – 1 इंच)
  • Black peppercorns – 1 teaspoon (काली मिर्च के दाने – 1 टीस्पून)
  • Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon (जीरा – 1 टीस्पून)
  • Salt – to taste (नमक – स्वादानुसार)
  • Garlic paste – 1 tablespoon (लहसुन का पेस्ट – 1 टेबलस्पून)
  • Onion paste – 1/2 cup (प्याज का पेस्ट – 1/2 कप)

The Step-Wise Process of Cooking Gushtaba
